What is a Union on PokerBros?

A Pokerbros union is a group of two or more clubs. This means that players from all clubs in the union can share all tournaments and ring game tables and play against each other.

All clubs want to be part of a union because the clubs in the union have a larger player pool and can therefore run far more games than any individual club could run alone. Clubs that are part of a union offer players more playing opportunities than clubs that operate individually.

For example, let’s say Club A has 200 players and can play four nights a week. And Club B can have 100 players and play three nights a week. If these two clubs form a union they would have enough traffic to play games seven nights a week.Players can then play any night they want.

Pokerbros currently allows up to 75 clubs per union. It is therefore important to recognize that when you play, your agent or club manager may not know all the players at your table.

Individual clubs within a union usually have little or no control over the games offered in that union. Typically, a union hires a table manager. The manager determines the games and tournaments offered and maintains the ring game tables. Clubs in the union may suggestions or requests tournament or ring game tables through the table manager, but there is no guarantee that they will be approved.

How do I know if I’m playing in a Union?

If you want to find out which union the club you are playing is in, you can always ask your agent or club manager. Instead of asking your agent or club manager, you can open a tournament or ring game table in the club lobby and find out which union you belong to simply by looking at the text in the center of the table.

If the club belongs to a union, the union name will appear in parentheses next to the table name. The table in this screenshot is running on Diamond Union.

Even if two different clubs are part of the same union, they will have the same game lobby. Each club will have its own club icon and banner, but the games offered will be exactly the same for all clubs in the union.

How do I play in a particular PokerBros Union?

To play in a union, you must play through a club that is a member of the union. If the club you are already playing with is not part of a union, you can join an additional club that is part of the union.
